A working studio in Copenhagen
Our Copenhagen studio brings different disciplines and projects together under one roof. It gives you direct access to the people, tools and spaces around the work, from team reviews and UX work to model-making and prototyping.
Working together makes learning visible. You can see how other designers approach a problem, share work before it feels finished and contribute beyond the boundaries of your own role.

What you can expect from us
We have a flat structure with shared responsibility. You will be trusted to make decisions, move your work forward and contribute ideas, regardless of seniority.
Ownership does not mean working alone. Teammates and project owners are there to align direction and help when needed. We expect clear communication, good judgment, the confidence to ask when something is unclear and a commitment to keep others informed as work develops.
We share work before it feels finished, ask questions and review together. Feedback is direct, respectful and focused on helping both the idea and the designer grow.
You will learn from different disciplines and levels of experience, and your perspective is expected in return. The goal is not to defend the first answer, but to improve the work together with curiosity rather than ego.
New teammates receive a structured introduction and support from a mentor. Regular check-ins create space to reflect, align and decide where you want to grow.
Learning continues through masterclasses, focused practice, conferences and knowledge shared across the team. We believe development is part of everyday work, not something saved for an annual review, individually or as a team.
AI is part of how the studio is evolving, and no one is expected to arrive with every answer. We make room to experiment, share what works and build confidence together.
What matters is curiosity, judgment and a willingness to learn. New tools should help you grow your craft and create more space for meaningful work, without replacing the responsibility behind design decisions.
Life beyond the project
Studio life also happens between the deadlines. We eat lunch together, share Friday breakfast and often finish the week with an informal Friday gathering. Social activities can be as simple as pizza in the park or as ambitious as a concert, talk or team event.
Everyone can bring an idea, organize something and add energy to the culture. We want the studio to be a place where people enjoy doing serious work together.
