Our international Design Studio is looking for a talented HR student worker
Do you feel confident when communicating, coordinating and planning to find the right person for a job? Then you could be the right match for our Design Studio.
You will be an integral part of our Design Studio where we focus on high-quality industrial design, brand design and UX/UI design. You will refer and work in close collaboration with our People Manager, and co-responsible for recruitment and talent attraction. One day at the studio in Copenhagen and, for the rest, in remote mode, for a total amount of 16 hours.
Your main tasks is about Recruitment and Talent Attraction. You will be finding and attracting talent via LinkedIn, Behance, and other platforms, or by reaching out to our education collaboration partners. Also, you will be engaged in writing and posting job ads, answering emails, and communicating with a large volume of candidates, as well as coordinating and setting up job interviews.
Qualifications
- Good communications skills
- Great English skills - both written and spoken
- Structured, detailed oriented and a skilled coordinator
- Wide competencies across the field of HR or willing to learn
- A powerful and engaging personality
- Experience with recruitment, writing job ads and participating in interviews
- A desire to grow and be challenged every day
